Good turnout-about 40 people were present
Talked about areas that could be cut/worked on; received a lot of good input from
the citizens

d.) Cell Tower workshop:

City realizes this is a hot topic; not going to do anything until an ordinance is in
place; wants to look at telecommunication within Peachtree City in a
comprehensive manner

a.) Animal Control Ordinance-PTCCA will follow-up with what the city council is doing on
this matter

b.)Cell Tower Position Paper-PTCCA will keep up with developments; at present it is too

Juan Matute commented on the conditions of roads within the city and the volume of
large trucks within the city, specifically all the garbage/recycling trucks that now service
the city and subdivisions.

Tim Lydell brought up the upcoming Budget Retreat. This retreat, being held March
12th and 13th, will set the agendas for the upcoming budget. Considered the idea of
putting together a list of things that we feel they need to look into. Recommended that
we survey our neighborhoods to get their input.

New Business:

a.) Membership Recruitment assignments: The members of the PTCCA will be
contacting subdivision HOAs in order to update information and to let them know about
the PTCCA. Once subdivisions have been contacted, we will forward the updated
information to Betsy Tyler.

b.) Website: The Board has recommended that the PTCCA website be updated. A
motion to pursue a new website, designed and maintained by PTC Geeks, at a start-up
cost of no more than $400 and a monthly maintenance cost of $35 was made, and
unanimously approved.
