Position on Animal Control Ordinance Amendment

The Peachtree City Civic Association neighborhoods are in favor of eliminating the voice control option of the animal control ordinance.

Of the following list of active HOA’s in our association which collectively represent 1877 homes, 61% of respondents favor removing the voice control option and 39% are against. Not one single neighborhood favored keeping the voice control option. Village Park actually includes it in their covenants that dogs must be leashed when walked in the neighborhood.
