Benefits of membership:

1. Receive monthly email correspondence on meetings and minutes of meetings.
2. Voting rights on all issues and matters pertaining to the association.
3. Part of a collective voice of PTC citizens
4. Attendance at all monthly meetings
5. Elective participation in committees on relevant issues in the community to develop position papers to be voted on by the association and presented to council.

To become an active member of the Peachtree City Civic Associations (PTCCA):

Requirements:

1. Your neighborhood has an HOA (Homeowner's Association)
Or
2. You are not part of an HOA but have a list of 12 homes in a community that would like to be collectively represented by one delegate.

What to do:

If you meet one of the requirements above:

• HOA president or community delegate submits a simple letter that states that <the named person> is authorized to represent <community name> on all matters of the Peachtree City Civic association during <time frame>. Letters can be given in person to association secretary at any monthly meeting of the association.

• Annual dues paid of $1 per household to be paid annually. Dues can be paid by check only at any monthly meeting of the association or mailed to :
